my biggest problem with the reality we live in is that there is simply too much cool stuff and i want to consume all of it and share all of it with everyone i know. i miss the good ole days where I could go to my friends house with a hard drive and they could give me all the music they torrented that i'd never heard of before, and we could swap tastes and be stoked on everything we come across. nowadays, that hard drive or usb or burned cd is a link or a DM that gets forgotten about almost immediately - makes me sad!!! so here is my cool stuff page on ali.com - a sort of personal internet graveyard - I want to add all the stuff i think is worth sharing and obsessing over. maybe you click it maybe you don't but it's here for me and it's here for you. (i'm still building this, so there will be more later, but here's what's up for now)

Music
MJ Lenderman - TLC Cagematch (never thought a song about wrestling would make me feel) Aphex Twin - Flim (this is skrillex's fave song and that's funny) Yves Tumor - The Feeling When You Walk Away (catchiest guitar groove) Yukihiro Takahashi - Drip Dry Eyes (rip king) Jeff Parker - ETA IVtet Mondays at The Enfield Tennis Academy Side B (best record I bought last year)
Words
Hua Tsu - Stay True (I almost never finish memoirs, this was capitvating start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone coming from an immigrant fam that loves music) Hanif Abdurraqib - They Cant Kill Us Until They Kill Us (Powerful, Hanif has become my favorite writer in the past year)
Movies
Drive My Car (It's a long one but I want to live in this movie) The Banshees of Inishirin (In Bruges is one of my all time faves, so get this trio of director/actors together again is a blessing) Decision to Leave (Haven't stopped thinking about this since I saw it... so good) Infinity Pool (Mia Goth is taking over as the most insane horror movie actress and I'm here for it. Skaarsgaard is great too and the Tim Hecker soundtrack knocks it out of the park, this is a must see)
